Update on National Virtual Biotechnology Laboratory Project for COVID-19

Hi Ellie Y. . Yes, We started working on this project in March. This project is part of a more broader initiative across all the National Labs called the National Virtual Biotechnology Laboratory (NVBL). The goal being that we integrate datasets pertinent to COVID-19, with the goal of using machine learning tools for link prediction to repurpose existing drugs for COVID-19. We are using our KG for prioritizing potential targets for COVID-19. The KG is evolving on a weekly basis and we try our best to add new datasets as needed 😄
