Would it make more sense to submit something like a tutorial or masterclass rather than a standard conference presentation then? What are the rules for proposing those?

Thanks Ellie - I didn't submit a proposal in the end. I could talk about concept modeling or some recent OMG work on terminology but it didn't look like a good fit to the more technical nature of the conference and audience.

Great - thanks for the feedback. Another idea someone had was 4 Saturdays, mornings only Eastern Time, but I'm not sure about that but it means it would accommodate Europe and North America at the same time. I would have to add some more homework assignments to make that work I think.

Hi Vikram, yes I will be offering it again in the very near future, on a weekend basis over 2 weeks i.e. Day 1 one Saturday, then Day 2 the next Saturday (or whatever works for most people). This also means that the Field Trip component can partly be doe as homework between the 2 weekends. Would that work for you? Would you prefer 2 days in the same weekend, or evening sessions spread over some weeks during the week, or something else? I want to find a pattern that works for most people.
