Big news, everyone! We will be hosting one more virtual conference this year, in partnership with Connected Data London! After all, when life gives you Covid, why not make a global gathering for all things knowledge graphs? 馃お If you're interested, book your calendar for Nov 30 - Dec 2! Over the next few weeks we will be announcing a host of speakers, workshops, tutorials and sponsor partners on graph databases, graph AI, knowledge graphs, and semantic technologies. If you're curious to know more, I'm setting up a new channel, #knowcon--feel free to join!
Are you looking for speakers for this?
Thanks - what's the deadline for submissions?
Nov 15 -- but the earlier the better!
Thanks Ellie - I didn't submit a proposal in the end. I could talk about concept modeling or some recent OMG work on terminology but it didn't look like a good fit to the more technical nature of the conference and audience.
Well, we would be glad to receive your submission for our next CfP, for May 2021. One of our goals is to provide a wider range of content, and conceptual modeling is of particular interest to many in our Community! For example, Panos A. is offering two masterclasses on modeling in SKOS/OWL during KnowCon, and Dean A., Jim Hendler, and Fabien G.鈥檚 book "Semantic Web for the Working Ontologist" is the subject of our book club 馃檪
Would it make more sense to submit something like a tutorial or masterclass rather than a standard conference presentation then? What are the rules for proposing those?
that could work! let me get back to you with you the CFP--(ping me in a few days if I forget)
