Introducing Rubrix: An Integration for Human-in-the-Loop NLP

Rubrix https://docs.rubrix.ml/en/stable/ is a newly released integration of PyTorch, spaCy, HuggingFace, Snorkel, kglab, etc., along with Elastic and Kibana for building and monitoring human-in-the-loop annotation pipelines. This provides a bridge between popular NLP and KG tools.
