Introducing Ontogen: A New Version Control System for RDF Datasets

🎉 Announcement: Introducing Ontogen - A Version Control System for RDF Datasets 🚀 After a year of intense work, I’m thrilled to introduce Ontogen to the Knowledge Graph community. Ontogen is a novel approach to versioning RDF datasets, bringing Git-like convenience to the world of linked data. 🌐 Learn more at: https://ontogen.io The website features: • A comprehensive user guide • A four-part introductory article series Ontogen aims to address some of the unique challenges in versioning RDF data. While it’s still in its early stages, I believe it offers innovative approaches to managing and tracking changes in knowledge graphs and linked datasets. Key features include: • Fine-grained versioning of RDF triples based on RDF-star • Speech act-based commit model • Seamless integration with existing RDF tools and workflows, like PROV and DCAT 🙏 I want to express my sincere gratitude to the NLnet foundation for their support and funding through the NGI Assure program.
