Here's a SPARQL wiki I started as a support resource for my training courses which I hope will be useful in general.

How can we query this knowledge graph about SPARQL using SPARQL?

You can query it with Datalog (the source, not the read-only static web-site now shared). To my knowledge, there is still no good wiki tool supported by SPARQL. I'm hoping LinkedDataHub, or a new version of SME or Kanopi, will support that. (I have tested a dozen tools but I might have missed something. Please suggest if you know something, that has similar functionality and is queryable with SPARQL) Anyway, this started just as a reference resource to a SPARQL training course which then I decided to share publically. Block-level referencing, open-source, and ease of publication drove the tool selection.

I have set a reminder to look at it more closely tomorrow.

I wonder if there is a way to adapt wikibase to what you're doing? Perhaps it might be more trouble than doing it from scratch. But it is queryable and it is wikistyle.

At some point, I thought that a combination of SMW+Wikibase can do it.

But then, I really prefer the lightness of the single HTML page and the interoperability of Markdown.
