to me, the question is not in the conference itself. i think it is PERFECT that way. co2 is minimized, costs are minimized, we have great interaction.

Interesting question as to how you combine the body of work created by the interaction of the conference - presentations, recordings, papers, etc., plus dialog captured in slack and related tools, and then memorialize that while allowing the dialogues initiated in tools like Slack to continue and expand among the community.
