Best Practices for Citing AI Generated Taxonomy and Ontology Objects

Any thoughts on how granular citations for AI generated taxonomy/ontology objects should be? I'm seeing multiple options, and wondering if there is consensus. I.e. Would you prefer to cite the system the AI is used in, or the specific model and version?

What is the context and usecase here?

Context is using an llm to generate an Ontology.

Sure. The assumption is that an llm generating an ontology will be part of a larger set of tools, not done in isolation. I actually mean attribution, i.e. what gets listed as the creator of the Ontology?

Okay, definitely the model name , version. You can also perhaps include link to their respective model cards

Check the llama model card as an example
