quick questions, do you believe it is worth it to migrate mid-project from GraphDB SE 9.0.0 to 9.4.1 ? There are different goodies added like SPIN support, SHACL support, Mapping APIs and UIs etc.

I've done much more dramatic migrations than that, with few issues, so your outlook is good. But clearly,the Ontotext folks are the experts here.
