Seeking OWL Implementation of ISO-81364 Reference Designation System

Does anybody know any OWL implementation of the ISO-81364 Reference Designation System? It would probably be a faceted taxonomy. The standard distinguishes between the three aspects (function/product/location) and relates it to product life cycle management. I would also like to use it to organize product specifications and requirements. There is one implementation example in the ISO 15926-14, but it relies on punning. Is anybody aware of any implementation for instance within the READI project? Thanks!
