Exploring Cost-Effective Open Source Graph Databases for Projects

hi all, I am exploring few open source graph DB which are cost effective for problems like ER and Network Bounding. This would be for a commercial product on graph so ideal way would be too build from scratch or use a Graph DB which provides graph traversal functionality with minimal cost. Any thoughts?

For a Graph DB, I suggest GraphDB! (Full disclosure: I work for Graphwise, the company that makes it.) It's not open source but it's easy to get a free license. Please contact me if there are any questions I can answer.
