KGC Acceptance Timeline and Notification Process Inquiry

In regards to the KGC acceptance - I'm aware the final day for acceptance to go out on 31st Jan. Will there also be rejection emails so we know whether or not we've been accepted/rejected flat out? Thanks ☺️
