Resources for Ontology Team Structures and Roles

Does anyone have resources related to ontology team structures and roles? I'm a solo role for the foreseeable future, but want to, from a long-term scale perspective, be able to form an answer if asked what I would do if there were 2 or more of me. Thanks!

This is a re-occurring question. It depends so much on how you want to use a KG. Is the data of the KG served to applications with high performance needs? You need developers to build APIs. Do some business users and subject matter experts needing to discover your company's data with the help of a KG, you can buy that as a software and you need a Devops engineer to set it up. Do you have a lot of data to manually write into the KG? You need more ontologist or someone who can coordinate the data inputting in a decentralised manner from subject matter experts throughout the company. Do you need to transform existing data into KG form and learn new facts from it, you need data scientists.

Thanks, this is a good systemic view of what it takes to make a kg work.

I do not. For a narrower question, I'm looking for guidance on scaling from 1 to 2, then a larger team of just Ontologists.
