Anthi P. At a previous employer, our Knowledge Engineering team assessed the WebProtege and found that it was lacking some capabilities compared to the desktop version. Even though it was difficult to collaborate, they opted to using the desktop as opposed to the web version.
Anthi P. have you tried the desktop version of Protégé? I have tried other tools in the past, but I always go back to it for pure OWL-based ontology management purposes...
