Dear Anna, there is an ontology to describe legislation (ELI) and legislative activities (ELI-DL). It’s the result of an initiative of the official journals of european countries with the support of EU. Those ontologies are core ontologies, the goal is to let official journals to describe with metadata the legislation and legislative works in their web sites. The ontologies are based on FRBR-OO and SKOS, enabling to describe documents and legislative activities. As core ontologies they can be expended to adapt to a specific use cases. I am one of the editor of those ontologies with Thomas Francart. There is also more specific ontologies such as JOLUX used by Luxembourg and Swiss gouvernements which I edit, and CDM used by European Union for their legislation knowledge graphs, both very much inspired by FRBR-OO. Those ontologies are aligned on ELI and ELI-DL. If you are interested I can send you more references and links about those ontologies. What is your project ? Have a good day.
