I would like to bring to your attention that an online pre-proposal conference will be held on Thursday, 11th August at 14:00. The purpose of the conference is to help bidders gain a better understanding of the bid documents and the scope of work. We will conduct a presentation to clarify what is required and to provide more background details for their better understanding of context within which the work is to be conducted and the results of work will be used. It can be a good opportunity for anyone new who is interested in working on the project but have not had opportunity to discuss the bigger picture with us before. The participation in the conference is not mandatory and cannot influence bid process in any way. In accordance to the bid rules, we will not be allowed to answer any questions during the conference. All questions can be submitted through the regular bid channels as per RFP instructions. You will be able to find a MS Teams link as well as the agenda for the conference in the UN Global Marketplace. I'm quite interested in this work, looking to join a consortium bid. If there are any interested parties please message me to discuss further.
Thanks for the interest David. The pre-proposal conference presentation I gave an hour or so ago will be published on the UN Global Marketplace with the other RFP documents here: https://www.ungm.org/Public/Notice/179618. Note that you need to register on the UN Global Market Place to get access to the bid documentation.
Even if you cannot make it for this bid, don鈥檛 hesitate to give me a shout to discuss other KR^2 opportunities with us.
Thanks Dusan, I'll send you a message here in the next few days
