Senior Leader Needed for Semantic Web Solutions in London

My friend is looking for someone to lead a Semantic Web/ Graph / Property graph solutions function in London. Great pay, great role. I must stress this is not anything to do with AWS. Anyone senior able to lead a knowledge graph department, present to customers, come up with ideas for strategy, new product ideas etc? ping me.
